What is the process of forgiveness?
Forgiveness is for our own growth and happiness. When we hold on to hurt, pain, resentment and anger, it harms us far more than the person who hurts us.
Being able to forgive frees us to live in the present.
Holding onto our anger, regret, hatred, or resentment towards someone means that we are giving up our power to the person who hurt us.
What is forgiveness?
Letting go of past grudges, hurt and lingering anger against someone that caused you pain.
